Profile- Purchase Executive

Experience- min 3 Years

Ctc- upto 4.8 lpa (Depends on interview)

Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & CAPEX items viz. Steel, Cement, RMC, Sand, Aggregate, TMT Bars, HT Strands, CHB's, Bridge Bearings, Jacks, Pumps, Drill Machines, Chipper Machines, Grinders, Drill Bits, Core Bits, Construction Chemicals, HDPE Ducts, GI Pipes, Studs, Bolts, Fasteners, Electric Cables etc. Reviewing purchase requisitions received from ongoing project sites. Sourcing of potential suppliers. Floating RFQ's to suppliers, Compare and evaluate offers received from suppliers. Negotiating with the suppliers for rate, delivery and payment terms. Issuing PO through Tally, Tracking the Orders and ensuring timely delivery & quality of
purchased products.

Entering GRN's in the system for material supplied. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Preparation of E-Way bills, Delivery challans for material dispatches. Managing Logistic function, negotiating with transporters and clearing agents for cost
effective transport solutions and clearances.

Responsible for interviewing prospective vendors, visiting supplier's plants or
manufacturing workshops to assess, and learn about products, cost and vendor

services

Supporting and reconciling with the account department in resolving issues pertaining
to invoicing and payment disbursal of the suppliers.

Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements & Skills

BE Mechanical With 2 Years Of Experience in Procurement OR B. Com/BMS Certification / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain would be preferred. Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising
with vendors).

Good Negotiation skills. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to conduct cost analysis. Hands On Experience of Tally ERP.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?480,000.00 per year
