We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the interior or construction industry. This role involves end-to-end purchasing responsibilities including vendor management, price negotiations, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
Obtain competitive quotations, compare rates, and finalize pricing
Negotiate terms and prices to ensure cost-effective purchases
Issue and manage purchase orders
Coordinate with accounts team for timely vendor payments
Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure material availability
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior or construction industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and purchase/order management software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good understanding of market trends and supply chain processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
