Source materials, components, and services as per BOM/engineering needs.
Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare comparison sheets & finalize vendors.
Issue and manage Purchase Orders; track delivery timelines.
Coordinate with production, design, stores & accounts for material planning.
Maintain vendor relationships and develop new suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and support cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
3 years experience in engineering/manufacturing procurement.
Knowledge of BOM, engineering drawings & industrial materials.
Good negotiation, communication & ERP/MS-Excel skills.
