Job Description

Master's degree in business administration, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Operations. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).Manage and support the procurement of products and services for both domestic and international (export) markets. Assist in maintaining and reviewing long-term contracts and supply agreements with vendors. Participate in negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions, particularly for bulk product categories. Ensure all procurement documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Assist in evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines. Generate and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly procurement reports for management review. Support the development and management of supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Quality, Production, and Logistics for seamless procurement execution. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing commercial trends and market information.
