Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase of jewellery materials, findings & consumables
Raise POs, coordinate with vendors & ensure timely deliveries
Negotiate pricing & maintain cost control
Coordinate with Stores, Production & QC for stock requirements
Maintain purchase records, GRN, invoices & MIS reports
Ensure material availability to avoid production delays
Key Requirements
Mandatory experience in jewellery industry
Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
Knowledge of jewellery raw materials & consumables
Good communication & proficiency in MS Excel
Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
