- Purchase Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Maintain minimum stock levels and track material availability.
Handle vendor management and maintain good supplier relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality teams for requirements.
Track deliveries and follow up on logistics-related activities.
Prepare purchase reports and support MIS activities.
Ensure accuracy in documentation (PO, Invoice, GRN, etc.).
Assist in cost reduction and identify alternate vendors.
Handle urgent or critical material requirements.
