We are looking for a

Purchase Executive

with experience in

real estate/construction material procurement

.

Responsibilities:

Purchase construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, tiles, etc.). Collect quotations, compare rates, and finalize vendors. Prepare Purchase Orders and track deliveries. Coordinate with site engineers for daily material requirements. Maintain vendor relations and negotiate best prices. Keep records of PO, invoices, GRN, and daily purchase reports. Ensure material quality and timely availability at site. Strong knowledge of construction materials & vendor markets. Excellent negotiation, communication & vendor handling skills. Proficiency in

Excel, ERP, and documentation

. Time management & ability to handle multiple purchase requests simultaneously. Strong analytical skills for cost comparison and rate analysis. Ability to travel to sites and vendor locations if required.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of construction materials & vendor markets. Strong negotiation & communication skills. Good in Excel / ERP & documentation. Fast coordination & follow-up ability. Integrity & transparency Cost consciousness Strong follow-up and coordination Problem-solving mindset Team player

Experience:

2-5 yrs in construction/real estate procurement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
