- Purchase Executive (EPC

Procurement + Process Equipment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to support our Middle East Business Development

initiatives by handling procurement of bought-out items such as pumps, compressors, HDPE

tanks, valves, instrumentation, and other package equipment. The candidate will be responsible

for sourcing, vendor management, and quick turnaround of quotations to support EPC

+Process project bids.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Development & Sourcing

? Identify, qualify, and onboard vendors for EPC-related equipment (pumps,

compressors, tanks, etc.).

? Build a reliable database of OEMs, distributors, and local suppliers (India + Middle

East).

? Negotiate technical & commercial terms with suppliers.

2. Quotation & Procurement Support

? Prepare RFQs and obtain multiple vendor offers within short timelines.

? Compare techno-commercial bids (TBE/CBE) and prepare procurement

recommendations.

? Ensure vendor quotations are compliant with client specifications (datasheets,

standards, material classes).

3. Project & Bid Support

? Work closely with Business Development & Estimation teams to ensure

timely submission of project quotations.

? Track inquiry ? quotation ? order ? delivery progress for all EPC-related

bought-out items.

? Liaise with Hassan Khalil and Middle East clients for clarifications on vendor

documentation.

4. Documentation & Compliance

? Maintain vendor records, price lists, and procurement history.

? Ensure compliance with QA/QC, inspection, and project documentation

requirements (MTCs, test certificates, OEM docs).

? Support logistics & import/export documentation when required.

Candidate Profile

? Experience: 3-6 years in procurement / purchase, preferably in EPC, oil & gas, or

process equipment industry.

? Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Supply Chain

or related field.

? Skills:

? Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, tanks, valves, instrumentation.

? Vendor development & negotiation.

? Quick turnaround, multitasking across multiple RFQs.

? Familiarity with procurement standards (ASME, API, IS/ISO, IEC for bought-outs).

? Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication.

? Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

? Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to EPC project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
