Handle end-to-end purchase operations including vendor identification, negotiation, and material procurement.
Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
Maintain and update purchase records, price lists, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with project, accounts, and store departments to ensure timely material delivery.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for quality and cost efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase, preferably in the
real estate or construction industry
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Tally/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
