We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Executive to handle daily purchase order activities, vendor coordination, and documentation. The role involves preparing POs, tracking deliveries, and ensuring all purchases follow company policies and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate purchase records and update ERP systems.
Follow up with suppliers and internal teams for timely order closure.

Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Zoho).
Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
