Job Description

Job Summary -

Controlling of Accessories, machine spare, Packing Material procurement and new vendor development, outsourcing various products as per requirement and finalization of the orders. Follow up for the supply and controlling on short receipt.

1. Requisition :-

Co-ordinate with suppliers for Quotations.

Negotiated price and terms & conditions with suppliers.

Purchase Order / Work Order Preparation as per requirement as pe requirements from the units

After Receiving Indent from Factories release PO's as per Schedule.

2. PO Processing

When Indent Received from Factory Prepare Purchase Order as per Requirement.

Tracking of deliveries, Invoices & challan with vendor & Internal team

Co- Ordinate with Factory, Stores, QC Dept.

Co-ordinate for Invoice related issues with Supplier (Eg -Po No, Date, Address.)

Material Procurement (Spare part, All type of Accessories.)

Prepare all Purchase Order of Expansion Project & Mould Related Purchase Order

Co-ordinate with transporter till receipt of material in Godown / Factory.

1. Lead time reduction

Try to reduce Lead Time of Supplier & also try to reduce MOQ.

For Critical material inform to Supplier for Buffer Stock management for smooth working.

Control on excess inventory.

2. Material quality Management

To monitor Supplier Quality & Delivery performance of monthly basis

3. Vendor Development

Sourcing vendors, taking quotations & choosing on the best ones

Arrange Samples for New Product Development.

For Sample Testing co-ordinate with stores & qc team, After Approval of Sample need to send Test Report to the supplier.

After done all process released Purchase Order to Supplier & follow up for material on time (As per Lead Time)

Develop alternative Suppliers for Cost Saving & smooth working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
