Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of construction materials and services as per project timelines and quality standards. Read, interpret, and cross-check

AutoCAD

drawings for civil, RCC, and MEP works. Use

Superimpose

software to overlay architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for conflict resolution. Coordinate with

RCC consultants

,

MEP contractors

, and

liaisoning architects/consultants

to ensure technical clarity and timely delivery of materials. Prepare and issue purchase orders; maintain procurement records and inventory tracking. Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate for cost-effective procurement. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Assist project management team in comparing BOQs with working drawings to avoid discrepancies. Support in the preparation of tender documents and vendor selection. Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payments.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Superimpose

(or similar overlay drawing software). Good understanding of

RCC structures

,

MEP systems

, and construction materials. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent coordination and communication abilities with consultants and internal teams. Basic understanding of local municipal and regulatory liaising processes. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a real estate or construction company. Knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations) and local construction norms in Mumbai. Familiarity with BOQs, tender processes, and contract documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
