2. Order Placement and Management
Create purchase orders
Order tracking
Follow up with suppliers
3. Inventory Management
Stock rotation and shelf life management
Storage and organization
4. Material Issue
Documentation and record-keeping
Reporting and communication
5. Disposal of Unrequired Material
Dispose of obsolete or excess inventory
6. Security and Loss Prevention
Ensure materials are protected from theft or damage
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Maintain organized and clean storage facilities
8. Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements
