Purchase Executive
This is a full-time office-based role where the candidate will be responsible for domestic procurement of industrial automation products and related materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing vendor relationships while ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or product quality
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and cost analysis
- Collaborate with accounts and logistics teams for smooth order processing and payments
- Use ERP and CRM tools effectively to track procurement activities and vendor communications

Compensation
- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in procurement or purchasing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with industrial automation components is a plus
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
