Job Responsibility

All GRN should be as per the material.

Stock report to be maintained

Purchase bill should be submitted on timely basis.

To check if the Site store manager received material as per PO.

All issued material should be recorded in high rise by site store manager.

Tallying of all issued material with ERP and day wise sheet.

To check Vouchers for TDS, GST and retention ledger.

Ledger should be linked with account.

Bill should be cross checked with GRN and bill quantity, rate and a scanned copy to be kept for record.

Site challan should be attached with bill and recorded if there is any debit.

To maintain the updated stock report

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate. Knowledge of ERP is must.
