Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
Negotiate rates and contracts to achieve cost savings.
Maintain inventory levels and monitor purchase budgets.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
Coordinate with Production and Finance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and generate purchase reports.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to handle multiple supplier relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a
manufacturing setup
