R&D Electronics
Navi Mumbai (On-Site)
Executive, Entry-level




Handle end-to-end purchasing of electronic and mechanical components.


Prepare and issue PCB assembly kits for production and R&D requirements.


Manage product posting and maintain accurate inventory records.


Support GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and ensure timely SAP entries.


Develop and manage vendor relationships, including sourcing hard-to-find components.


Validate pricing, ensure procurement from genuine sources, and negotiate effectively.


Coordinate with R&D, Production, and SCM teams for smooth workflow.


Conduct vendor visits to monitor progress and expedite timelines.


Maintain strict inventory control and support audit requirements.


Skills


Strong knowledge of electronic components, their types
Familiarity with SAP systems, BOM management, and GRN processesExperience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.


Ability to multitask and deliver within strict timelines.
