CTC: upto 5 LPA

Job Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

KNOWLEDGE:

1. Knowledge of procure to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures)

2. Basic knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing practices

3. Knowledge of Electrical, Electronic and IT Material

4. Online + offline searching and buying of imported electronic components

5. Able to identify the equivalent electronic components replacement based on availability in the market

6. Knowledge of import duties and tariff for electronic components

7. ERP / IT Knowledge

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Procurement: to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures) In particular Electrical, Electronic, R&D, New

development

2. Daily monitoring & reviewing of purchase indents, Giving feedback to immediate Manager

3. Timely issuing inquiry for quotation & obtain quote within said time

4. Preparation of commercial comparative & report to manage

5. Timely issuing purchase order (Minimize indent to PO issue lead time) To follow the Procurement process and

documentation as per ISO / Statutory requirements

6. Follow up with suppliers for delivery of material.

7. coordination with transporters, store team for material receipt

8. Coordination with account team vendor payments and other any commercial queries.

9. Preparation of purchase related MIS reports

10. Record of pending orders of each plant & pending orders with vendors

KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS):

1. Price records (% difference with old and new rates)

2. Indent to PO issue lead time Adherence as per norm / target set

3. To meet committed delivery date (Lead time V/S actual delivery date )

4. Ensure to prepare MRN/GRN within 3-4 days

5. Ensure with stores to deposit all vendors bill on time within a week

6. To maintain a folder of comparatives of prices vs actual order placed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
