Responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of goods, inventory control, and coordination with logistics to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for all store and inventory operations.
Receive and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and condition.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders; document discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and stock levels.
Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and spoilage control.
Monitor and report on order status, handling any delays or issues.
Maintain cleanliness and security of storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
