We are June Enterprises Private Limited an ISO 9001-2015 Certified Company, started its operations with a vision to serve the pharmaceutical industry. We are Importer, Distributor and manufacturer of Clean room consumable for pharmaceuticals and cleaning tools for Hygiene Control in Food industry.

Qualification & Skills:

Designation - Purchase Export Executive

Qualification - Graduates

Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar kind of industry in field of Procurement ( i.e Pharma,etc ).
Candidate must have working experience on TALLY ERP 9.

:

Candidate should be responsible for coordinating purchases of various products and services for the company.

Having a good knowledge about ExportPurchase

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize export operations. Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Managing customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Negotiating shipping rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers. Preparing and reviewing documentation for shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Collaborating with sales and purchasing departments to align export activities with business objectives. Managing and mitigating risks associated with international logistics. Handling claims and disputes related to shipping and customs processes.

Required Candidate profile.

Skill :

1. Deep understanding of Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain Finance.
2. Analytical Skill
3. Have good command on Import as well as taxation structure
4. Good decision - making skills. Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills.
