Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new vendors from India and searching for potential vendors.

2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, and review the quality of purchased products

3. Selection and approvals of vendors from the HOD

4. Negotiation with vendors in contract terms of agreement and pricing to ensure optimum savings

5. Making the order of Raw materials, follow-ups with vendors, and mailing purchase orders

6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

7. Receiving the order and maintaining it in the store.

8. Ensure whether the quality of the material is as per standard or not

9. Maintain updated purchased product records, delivery information, and invoices.

10. Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

11. Ensure the timely availability of raw material and allied raw material necessary for production

12. Taking payment approvals and making the payment to suppliers on time

13. Ensure that the minimum RM stock balance quantity is maintained at all times

14. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

15. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Required

Should have Basic Knowledge of Excel & Tally
