Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
Coordinate with departments to fulfill procurement requirements
Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies and inventory; ensure stock availability and place orders as needed
Oversee maintenance of office premises, equipment, and utilities
Manage courier, housekeeping, and stationary vendors
Assist in onboarding of new employees by arranging workstations, ID cards, and admin support
Maintain and update administrative records, reports, and filing systems
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for staff
Support HR/admin team in daily operational tasks and event arrangements
