Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

with 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the shipbuilding or heavy engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, components, and services essential to shipbuilding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Handle purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and spare parts required for shipbuilding projects. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and industrial procurement processes. Understanding of technical specifications related to shipbuilding or heavy machinery. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Any other relevant qualification. 2-5 years of relevant experience in a procurement or purchase role, preferably in shipbuilding, marine, or heavy fabrication industries. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
