Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per the organization's requirements. Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and terms. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid shortages. Follow and enforce company procurement policies and procedures. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues or delays. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality, price, and delivery.

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
