Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Purchasing

Identify hospital material requirements and raise purchase orders accordingly. Source medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, and general items from approved vendors. Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs. Maintain vendor-wise price comparisons and ensure cost-effective purchases.

2. Vendor Management

Coordinate with existing vendors and identify new suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain and update vendor database and contracts

Qualifications & Skills Required:

+ Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Material Management, or related field. + 2-5 years of experience in hospital procurement (preferred).
+ Knowledge of medical consumables, equipment, and vendor networks
