Ensure timely available of raw material and allied raw materials necessary for production.
Follow ups with vendors and making Purchase order
Selection and approval of vendors from HOD
Taking payment approval and make the payment to suppliers on time
Negotiation with vendors and ensure optimum saving
Mailing to concern person on daily basis
Sourcing new vendors from all over india
Get approvals from QC and production department for the quality of sample product
Ensure whether he quality of material is as per standard or not
