Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

to manage procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies for our fire-rated doors manufacturing operations. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of

material specifications, sheet thickness, and basic measurement units

used in door manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure raw materials, components, and other supplies required for

fire door manufacturing

. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers,

negotiate prices

, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Prepare and issue

purchase orders

and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials. Coordinate with

production and warehouse teams

to maintain optimum inventory levels. Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance for

cost-effective procurement

. Maintain proper records of

purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts

. Ensure compliance with

quality standards and specifications

of fire door materials. Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices with vendors and internal teams. Assist in

procurement budget planning

and contribute to

cost-saving initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
