Job description:
A procurement executive's job description includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

• Supplier relationships: Managing relationships with suppliers and other business units, and establishing purchasing agreements

• Procurement activities: Carrying out procurement activities based on customer needs and product details

• Supplier selection: Selecting suppliers based on reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency

• Contract negotiation: Negotiating contracts and prices, and drafting contracts for management approval

• Inventory management: Monitoring and determining inventory levels and purchase needs

• Supplier performance: Monitoring, evaluating, and improving supplier performance

• Compliance: Monitoring compliance of the organization's procurement targets

• Technology: Supporting the use of technologies and electronic tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making

• Reporting: Preparing reports on market conditions, supplier performance, and other relevant topics

• Record keeping: Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments

Knowledge requirements:
1) Hands on knowledge of solar system
2) Hands on knowledge working with DISCOMs
3) Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4) Hands on knowledge of inventory management softwares
5) Hands on knowledge of E-Way Bill
