Job Summary:


Responsible for identifying, negotiating, purchasing, and coordinating all activities related to land acquisition for company projects. Acts as a link between landowners, government authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of land deals and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels as per company requirements. Conduct site visits, verify ownership records, and assess legal and technical aspects. Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities for land purchase. Coordinate with legal, accounts, and documentation teams for agreement preparation and registration. Maintain proper records of land documents, maps, and ownership details. Liaise with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and compliance formalities. Prepare reports and updates on ongoing and completed land deals. Build strong local network and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Real Estate, Business, or Law). Good knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and registration process. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
