Develop, implement, and execute effective purchasing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.* Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with reliable vendors and suppliers.* Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery conditions.* Track, analyze, and report key procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve purchasing effectiveness.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and clear documentation of purchase requirements.* Forecast price trends and market conditions to assess changes in buyer-supplier dynamics.* Perform cost analysis, scenario planning, and benchmarking to support informed procurement decisions.* Assess procurement-related risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.* Plan and determine appropriate quantity and timing of purchases and deliveries based on operational needs.* Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent shortages or excess stock.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.* Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.*
