Source and purchase construction materials as per project requirements
Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
Ensure timely delivery of materials to site
Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and accounts team
Monitor material quality, quantity, and pricing
Maintain vendor database and cost comparisons
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in construction purchasing
Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Basic knowledge of billing, GST, and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
