Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive at Clinic7 located in Kundanoor, Maradu. Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials, goods, and services while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies from vendors.
Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their performance.
Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
Inventory Control:
Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stock outs or excess inventory.
Collaborate with the inventory team to track and manage stock levels.
Cost Management:
Evaluate and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Monitor and report on spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Prepare reports on purchasing activities and analyze procurement data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Purchase or a related field.
Accounts background more preference
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
