Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard reliable vendors for kitchenware and plastic utensils.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize procurement costs.
Forecast product demand and coordinate with category and store teams for stock planning.
Ensure product quality, packaging, and compliance with company standards.
Monitor market trends, new product ranges, and competitor pricing.
Maintain supplier records, purchase data, and performance reports.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Achieve targeted cost savings through negotiations.
Maintain ?95% on-time supplier delivery and ?98% quality compliance.
Ensure zero stockouts for key SKUs and optimal inventory levels.
Support kitchenware category growth through effective product assortment and pricing.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or Commerce.
3-6 years of procurement experience in retail or FMCG.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
