Heartfulness International School is inviting applications for an energetic and experienced Purchase Executive to handle kitchen-related purchases for our campus, which caters to daily food consumption of approximately 1500 students.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or kitchen-related purchases.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory tracking skills.
Knowledge of Zoho software is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement for kitchen supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality goods.
Maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
Work closely with kitchen and administration teams to forecast and fulfill needs.
