We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Purchase Executive

to join our team in Moonlight Mushroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, overseeing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting smooth procurement operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of purchase processes, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily purchasing activities in alignment with company policies. Create, review, and process purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups. Maintain and update records of goods ordered and received. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase requirements accordingly. Work closely with internal teams to forecast procurement needs. Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely procurement of materials and services. Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends. Resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies in deliveries.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in purchasing processes and purchase management. Hands-on experience with purchase order handling and vendor communication. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement software.

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication is required.

Knowledge of supply chain processes is preferred.

Experience Required-

Minimum 6 months - 1 year preferred
