Raj agencies is leading company in auto spare part trading company in gujaarat. We need experienced person for our purchase department for following works.
- Daily Order to Purchase party and to check that it is as per shceme and slab as per company policy
- Pending order tally whenever place new order in our data as well as company.
- without order material checking and reporting to purchase party
- Speial order place whenever require and follow ups regarding material delivery
- Special order reporting to sales department every saturday
- Urgent item (sales pending items) order placing, follow up regarding material delivery
- Purchase vendor sheet preparing, updating and maintaining every month (Purchase, Scheme, TOD, CD, etc.) after 25th date.
- Planning for achieving targets and Schemes criteria every month.
- Prepare Credit note data for all we are eligible as per vendor sheet. and follow ups with purchase party for the same.
- tally credit note we receive form purchase party if some are missing follow up with party for same
- Scheme (FOC, Percentage and Rupees) audit bill wise, part no wise
- Scheme entry in register manually and in software also
- Prepare scheme budget report if it is achvieble or not. (when new scheme we get from purchase party)
- Prepare scheme budget reprot whenever place new order 25th date every month
- Demand note and Debit note preparing as per company policy and issues.
- Corresponding with company regarding any issues (Short/Acess, Scheme, Material, Cupon, salary, expanse, etc.)
- Cupon scan and prepare data and send it to purchase party.
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
