Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

with experience in the

interior design / fit-out industry

to manage procurement of materials, vendor coordination, cost control, and timely delivery of materials for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procure interior materials such as

plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, glass, lighting, paints, fabrics, accessories, and furniture

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers

. Obtain and compare

quotations

, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders. Prepare

Purchase Orders (POs)

and ensure approvals as per company policy. Coordinate with

design, project, site, and accounts teams

for material requirements. Ensure

timely delivery

of materials at factory/site locations as per project schedules. Track material usage and maintain

purchase records, invoices, and GRNs

. Monitor

stock levels

and avoid shortages or excess inventory. Handle

vendor payments

, reconciliation, and resolve supply-related issues. Ensure materials meet

quality standards and specifications

. Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

. 2-5 years of experience in

interior design / fit-out / furniture manufacturing

. Strong knowledge of

interior materials and specifications

. Good negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel, ERP systems

, and documentation. Ability to multitask and work under project deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

retail, commercial, or luxury interior projects

. Knowledge of

BOQ / BOM

and cost control. Familiarity with local and national vendors.

Salary:

28K - 32K
