We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

to manage procurement activities for our HVAC manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong

vendor negotiation skills

, sound knowledge of HVAC materials, and the ability to ensure timely procurement at optimum cost, quality, and delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong

negotiation and cost-optimization skills

Knowledge of HVAC manufacturing materials and specifications Ability to analyze quotations and prepare comparison statements Good communication and interpersonal skills Vendor development and evaluation capability ERP/MIS knowledge (SAP / Tally / Oracle or similar) Time management and multitasking abilities Basic understanding of GST, delivery terms, and commercial conditions
