Minimum 2+ years in Construction or Real Estate Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchase activities for construction materials and site requirements
Evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement
Maintain purchase records, follow-ups, and documentation
Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
Must be proficient in ERP software
