Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement and purchasing activities for
Bangalore and Tamil Nadu
sites.
Source, negotiate, and finalize orders with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with the site engineers and project managers for timely procurement of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs for upcoming projects.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in procurement, preferably in
residential construction
.
Knowledge of
construction materials
, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
Civil background
is a strong plus.
Proficiency in
Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil
is
mandatory
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between
Bangalore and Tamil Nadu
sites as needed.
Must hold a
valid driver's license
