Job Description

Key responsibilities:



Take regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of mechanical components.

Maintain and update Excel-based records for job work orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for job work requirements and deadlines.

Identify and develop new vendors for machining, turning, milling, and other mechanical processes.

Negotiate rates, timelines, and quality expectations with vendors.

Assist in quality checks and ensure all incoming job work meets required standards.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in vendor development and job work coordination is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple follow-ups daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
