JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Responsible for understanding client requirement of Product and Services through Project Specifications and Ordering the Right items.
2. Responsible for negotiating the Price/Delivery Time and Payment terms in best interest of the company, Keeping intact required standards of Product and Service.
3. Responsible for updating and maintaining the tracker sheets for purchase department-
4. Responsible for proper Technical & Commercial comparison of quotes (Products & Services) Wherever multiple vendors are involved. This shall be done in specified Format. It should be ensured that we take best available deal.
5. Responsible for Creating and Retaining Vendors in good terms. Manage vendor relations.
6. Handling logistics for LMP delivery at site.
7. MIS Reporting to Management.
8. Vendor Appraisal & amp; selection.
Required Skills
1. Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
2. Should have excellent Negotiation Skills.
3. Should be aware of market rends of rise & fall of Commodity prices.
4. Should have basic Electrical and Mechanical Equipment specifications
knowledge.
5. Good communication skills to deal with vendors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
