Job Summary

Tanish Dzignz is looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the interior industry. The role focuses on material procurement, vendor coordination, cost control, and timely delivery to ensure smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and schedule material procurement as per project requirements Source vendors, compare rates, and negotiate best prices Create purchase orders and track them till closure Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials Follow up firmly and professionally for deliveries Visit market for sourcing materials and new vendors when required Verify material received for quantity, quality, and brand Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation Coordinate with site, design, and accounts teams Track material status to avoid site delays Support cost control and purchase planning

What We Are Looking For

3-5 years experience as Purchase Executive Interior designing / fit-out industry experience preferred Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills Knowledge of interior materials and market rates Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Comfortable with market visits Good communication in Hindi and English Candidate based in Gurugram Own vehicle mandatory
