Procurement / Purchase Executive

Role Overview

The Procurement Operations Executive will support end-to-end car procurement activities, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders. The role involves field visits, documentation management, MIS updates, and operational support related to vehicle onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end activities related to car procurement, including vehicle movement and handovers Visit field locations across Gurugram to coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams Support documentation and paperwork related to vehicle procurement and onboarding Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of procurement-related documents Maintain and update basic MIS, data entry, and records on Excel and internal systems Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks related to procurement as required

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of procurement or operations processes Willingness to travel frequently within Gurugram Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling Good coordination and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Prior experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or field coordination is an advantage
