Job Overview



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The role requires effective vendor sourcing, cost negotiation, and timely procurement of materials, with a strong emphasis on quality control and compliance. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in supplier sourcing through IndiaMART and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and project-related materials in REAL ESTATE COMPANY. Source and evaluate suppliers using IndiaMART and other approved channels Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and finalize vendors through effective negotiation Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in accordance with approved budgets and requirements Coordinate closely with project sites, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely material availability Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to quality and quantity specifications Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and rate comparisons Verify invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents for billing accuracy Assist in cost control initiatives and procurement planning Address and resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2-4 years of relevant procurement experience in the real estate or construction industry Proven experience in supplier sourcing through IndiaMART Strong knowledge of construction materials and prevailing market rates Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation systems Sound understanding of GST and basic procurement compliance
