Earth Store is a reputed, diversified Home and Kitchen brand. We have our online presence on all major platforms and are very popular among homeowners. We are private label manufacturers of Crockery, Home Storage and wellness items like Bamboo products, Aroma Oils and Skin care products.

We are looking for a Purchase Executive manages the entire buying cycle, from finding suppliers and negotiating deals to ensuring timely delivery of quality goods/services, optimizing costs, and maintaining inventory, requiring strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills to support company operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Selection: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery. Negotiation: Secure best terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors. Procurement Execution: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to meet business needs. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and manage replenishment to avoid stockouts. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues. Cost & Quality Control: Analyze market trends for savings and ensure purchased items meet quality standards. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier data. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in procurement or purchasing. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge: Understanding supply chain procedures, market trends, and relevant software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
