We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle vendor sourcing, negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials, parts, and services. The role includes raising purchase orders, comparing quotations, tracking delivery timelines, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating with stores, production, and accounts. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, knowledge of purchase documentation, and good command of Excel/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and finalize vendors for materials and services. Request and compare quotations for best pricing. Create purchase orders and track deliveries. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores. Maintain purchase records and documentation. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely supply. Coordinate with accounts for invoice/payment processing.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
