Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end purchase of IT hardware and related accessories.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering as required.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT hardware purchasing or procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of IT products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
