Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for materials, fittings, and accessories required for our interior and furniture manufacturing projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely supply at optimal costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers/vendors for materials and services. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project requirements. Maintain and update purchase records, supplier database, and price lists. Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure material availability as per project timelines. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications. Track purchase orders, follow up with vendors for on-time deliveries, and resolve any supply issues. Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed. Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or construction industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of materials used in interiors & furniture manufacturing (wood, laminates, hardware, upholstery, etc.) is preferred. Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP knowledge is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,824.14 - ₹35,000.00 per month
