. The ideal candidate will handle procurement of materials, vendor coordination, and cost management for our network of lounges across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
procurement process
for F&B, housekeeping, and operating supplies
Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure best quality and pricing
Process purchase requests from various lounges (Mumbai, Chennai, Vadodara, etc.)
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply
Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with storekeepers for replenishment
Verify invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payments
Maintain cost efficiency and adhere to company purchasing policies
Assist in
budget planning and cost analysis reports
for management
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
2-4 years of experience in purchase/procurement (hospitality preferred)
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (if applicable)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requests across locations
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
